1. Delivery Information

Our shipping partners are the largest express shipping companies in Greece and Worldwide, aiming constantly, to provide you with the lowest possible shipping rates, on a Global level, in order to make our products reachable from Athens, Greece to the rest of Europe, but also to any other part of the world.

Moreover, we keep negotiating , for even better prices, in order to make our exceptional products, as much as possible affordable to everyone.

In case, your country is not on our drop-down list, please, do not hesitate to contact us, in order to check whether we can arrange a special shipment for you.

Delivery Time:

Once your order is placed and received, it takes 1-2 business days to be processed and prepared, given that the product requested is on normal availability.  Our delivery times are, on average, at 72 hours, on a worldwide scale (when the order has been approved, prepared and dispatched). We ship all packages with Signature Release. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Some shipments will incur additional charges and may require an additional day in transit.

Please, keep in mind that, our preparation days are from Monday till Friday. Also, during December and other peak periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays.

Order tracking:

Almost all of our orders receive a tracking number for the package of your order. You can be informed at any time for the shipping status of your order by visiting the websites of our partnering shipping companies.

Please, keep in mind that your tracking number will not work until the delivery person/courier, scans your package into their logistics system. Most of the times, this takes just a few hours after the dispatch from our  warehouse. If you receive an error message while trying to track your order, please try again, a few hours later.

2. Shipping Terms

On most of the times, a signature will be required from you when your order will be delivered. Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. ARTION GREEK FOODS  cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us, when filling the shipping form.

In very rare circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should we experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst, our shipping partners will use all reasonable endeavors to meet the timescales of your delivery option, they may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (like physical disasters, labour strikes, etc.). We, therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery. Nonetheless, even in those rare cases, we would appreciate if you could accept our apologies.

We, at ARTION GREEK FOODS follow all the relevant business practices which are guided by the European Union’s food safety rules and regulations.

We use all the necessary packaging materials to provide safe food transportation to its final destination.

We aim to safeguard the public health and promote the public welfare by protecting the consuming public from injury by product use and the purchasing public from injury by merchandising deceit, flowing from intrastate commerce in food.

Having that in mind, if for some reason you or your recipient, are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will look closely to your claim, and try to solve any issue.

We ask you to inspect your package immediately upon arrival and not to discard any of the products or packaging material.  Any claim must be placed with 24 hours of receipt.

Any accidental transportation damage must be addressed as soon as possible with the shipping carriers, we co-operate, in accordance with their specific policy.

Credit will not be granted, if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed.

We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but we cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:

To prevent our product from the risks associated with spoilage, adulteration or misbranding, we cannot resell returned items. Hence, we must discard returned goods.

We cannot accept returns on  ‘Sale’ items.
