In the Greek mainland, up to Pindos peaks and the surrounding mountains and valleys, a huge part of Ancient and Modern Greek history has been written. Aromatic herbs’ value to our lives has been known for thousands of years.

Especially thyme was popular as a good antibacterial as well as a natural food preservative. There, we met a perfect relationship between nature and humans. Most herbs are grown in the wild. Collection is always made by hand and drying is natural with extra care.
